These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PetrolBud app and website ("Service"), operated by Versace Group Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using PetrolBud, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age in your country, to use PetrolBud. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
PetrolBud provides real-time and crowdsourced fuel price data, station location services, EV charging information, user-submitted price updates, and related tools across multiple countries including Australia, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, Malaysia, and Singapore.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
By submitting fuel prices or other content, you grant PetrolBud a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content within the Service. You confirm that your submissions are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
PetrolBud strives to provide accurate station and pricing data sourced from government APIs, authorised providers, and community submissions. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy or real-time correctness. Always verify prices at the pump. We are not liable for decisions made based on displayed prices.

PetrolBud offers optional paid Premium subscriptions with enhanced features. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed via Stripe (web), Apple (iOS), or Google (Android). Subscription terms, cancellation, and refund policies are subject to the respective platform's policies.
Free users may see advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Advertisements are served in accordance with Google's policies. PetrolBud does not control the content of third-party advertisements.
We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of PetrolBud at any time, with or without notice. We will endeavour to notify users of significant changes.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time via the app settings.
All logos, brand elements, interface designs, text, and data structures within PetrolBud are protected by copyright and remain the property of Versace Group Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use any of these without prior written permission.
Data sourced from third-party government APIs (including NSW FuelCheck, WA FuelWatch, SA Fuel Pricing, QLD Open Data, DOE Philippines, and equivalents) is used under applicable licensing or fair use terms. Such data remains the intellectual property of the respective government authority.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Versace Group Pty Ltd is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use PetrolBud.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
